well this week its been back to semi normality, i say semi cos the kids are still on bloody holiday!!! 31st jan before they go back!!! michael and i however have been back at work. i did 3 dayshifts and two nightshifts. i finished this morning at 7.30am. this is my only day off and i am back on nights mon thru to thurs. michael decided that we were going to have a lazy day and just lounge around on the beach. stevi decided that she didnt want to come and mikey is still not going ANYWHERE with me in case i get drunk!!!! just wait til hes 18 and rolling in pissed!!! so murrae grabbed his boogie board and off we went. as you can see from the pics hes really getting the hang of it. we had a whale of the time messing around in the ocean and topping up our already fabulous tans. this is the life!!!! so hurry up peoples and get flights booked, we only have room for two at a time tho!!!!

sorry folks but i cant stop speaking about the weather!! born and bred in the freezing cold so its a bonus!! just remember tho it is summer here and it will be cold and wet when you guys have got your summer!! the kids had 8 weeks off for summer, they also get two weeks at easter and then again in july and then the beginning of october! think everyone would like to have 14 weeks holidays a year and every weekend and public holiday!!!!!!!!!!
am really sorry chummy but there is just no way i could fit everyone in at the same time! why dont you chum up leigh or your mum to come across with you? we are planning on coming home on holiday but it wont be til next year for my dads 60th! that of course is if the aussies let us stay permanently!!!
dad and alison, oct cant come quick enough for us either!!!!!! cant wait to see you. murrae is getting the hand of the surfing but the waves are sometimes a little rough and he gets pulled under. think i might enrol him for some more lessons. aberdeen beach is nothing like it is here, the water is really clear not like the dirty stuff you get at home!
